Our fees are based on the salaries set
by the client. Call us! We will be happy to discuss your
particular staffing needs and the fees involved.
2. How does Temp to Hire work?
The chosen candidate remains on our payroll
for a predetermined number of hours. After that time period,
the candidate can transfer on to your payroll at no further
cost to you.
3. What are my guarantees?
Temporary placements always have a 4-hour
guarantee. Direct hire placements have a 30-day unconditional
guarantee after which time a prorated credit or refund
will be given.
4. How does a buy-out work?
If you choose to hire one of our
candidates before the predetermined number of hours are
completed, a buy-out fee would apply. The fee is based
on the annual starting salary of the candidate. The profit
for the hours already billed will be credited to the
full fee.
