JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates and performs all distribution center data entry functions to ensure accurate and timely information for customers and for our client.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of relevant work experience in data entry. Prefer someone who has JD Edwards and WMS knowledge / experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
· Process transactions which allow the warehouse to select product from stock (pick suggestions).
· Process transactions which allow the warehouse to complete product selection (ship confirmation)
· Resolve errors that occur during the pick confirmation and ship confirmation process (re-suggestions).
· Ability to follow basic department run sheets.
· Process transactions to “swap” products as existing items are replaced by new items (phase out / phase in).
· Process customer credits.
· Work with impact printers.
· Process periodic system saves.
· Working knowledge of an AS400 system.
· Ability to work moderate overtime
· 10-Key by touch
